      What is the return/exchange policy?

      All eligible items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Mint Style Shoetique accepts exchanges or returns for store credit ONLY. We do not accept returns for refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable, NO exception. Please refer to our Return/Exchange policy tab for more detailed information. 

       

      How long does processing time + shipping time take?

      The current order processing time is currently up to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends & holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing time may take up to 5 business days.

      Once your package is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated. Shipping transit time can take up to 4 business days. Please refer to our Shipping policy tab for more detailed information.

       

      Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

      No, you can not cancel an order once it has been placed. You may make adjustments if needed but you will need to contact us immediately after placing your order. (within an hour)

       

      Can I return items that were on sale or that I purchased with a discount code?

      - NO. You can not return items that were on sale and/or items that were purchased with a discount code of 20% or more. All items purchased on sale or with a discount code of 20% or more are FINAL SALE.


      My package has been lost/stolen. What should I do? 

      Please make sure your address is entered correctly while placing your order to ensure that your package is properly delivered.

      Mint Style Shoetique does NOT hold responsibility for packages that state delivered but were not received. Once the package has left our facility & in the hands of USPS or UPS, we are not responsible moving forward. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.       Do all shoes ship with the shoe box?

      - No. Shoes may ship with or without the shoe box depending on the size of your order. Usually orders with 2 or more items will be shipped without the shoe boxes. This will help minimize and avoid any high shipping cost for Mint Style & the consumer.

       
      Are discount codes valid on all items? 

      Discount codes may not be used on sale items unless stated otherwise. Discounts may not be combined with any other offer or promotions. Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases. Exclusions may apply. Mint Style Shoetique reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any given time with or without notice.
